I try to weigh-in weekly on Wednesday's...it's the middle of the week so it gives me a more accurate representation of what progress (or lack of progress) I've made. I'm one of those scale obsessed people that weigh-in daily...but I actually "count" Wednesdays as my weigh-in day...lol. I also try to keep track of my weight including gains and losses for the month.
Things worked out pretty well for me I must say...I'm officially down 10 lbs (in 11 days!).
Here are the stats:
NEW YEARS EVE, 2012:
December 31, 2012: 200.6 lbs (STARTING WEIGHT)
NEW YEARS DAY, 2013:
Tuesday, January 1, 2013: 199.6 lbs
WEEK 1 WEDNESDAY WEIGH IN:
Wednesday, January 9, 2013: 191.8 lbs
TODAY I officially hit 10 lbs: 190.6 lbs!!!!
180's...HERE I COME!
Now, that I gave my body the jump start it needed, I'm well aware that the weight loss will now slow down...I'm okay with that! So my goal is to lose 2-3 lbs per week for the next 3 weeks in January, then I'll reassess my goals!
I've done well re-implementing my calorie cycling routine, and I've hit the gym...although not as often as I like....
Increased the water intake and eliminated fast foods...
I'm gonna give myself a pat on the back!!!
