Here's the deal:
We're having a family over for dinner that has multiple food restrictions. I will be cooking for a total of 13 people, so I can't do anything too intricate -- no time. And everything has to be able to be made ahead of time and just heated up or crock-pot.
No raw vegetables or fruit
No cooked tomatoes. Other cooked veggies/fruits are okay
I was thinking deli meat and some kind of stew? Mashed potatoes? Roasted veggies? Any lighter ideas out there that would appeal to kids?
