First week of running program

Along with two coworkers I have started a running program. The program is from a local running store and starts out very slowly. I've already walked two days this week and I plan to walk again and ride my bicycle this week. There is still snow on the ground so walking was tough the first day. It's getting warmer so yesterday it was easier. I'm really looking forward to learning to run again. It felt good when I was running a couple years ago.

There is new company serving food in the cafe at work. This company uses only fresh vegetables and meats. They don't use any processed or frozen foods. I already feel like I'm eating healthier. I'm looking forward to my new lifestyle.
