My green smoothie thing is working for me. I lost 1.6 pounds so far and the week for me isnt over till sunday but I'm not expecting much by then.. lol. Glad it helped to get over this plateau a bit!

I really need to start my work outs. The week before christmas I was working out everyday to some yoga videos and really liked it but then we went out of town for 2 days and I didn't do yoga for those 2 days and i got off track and havent started it up again. I want to and i keep thinking i am going to but I never actually start it. But tonight I am going to start it! I don't care how tired I feel or how much I think i can start tomorrow I am going to start tonight and thats it! I guess thats all I have to do is just do it and then I will feel better. Also i think it will jump start me to keep going. I'm so good at keeping things going once i start but it takes me forever to start. lol...

I just hate when you start to get into a routine and then you have to take one day off of it and you cant seem to start it up again the next day. Why is it so hard?! I promise to myself that the next time I have a day off my workout routine to get back on it the next day!

Hopefully I can keep these goals....
