EUREKA! Inspiration

Okay I will admit it, I have never LOVED exercise. Wait, let me think on that... nope, I have never really cared to sweat. emoticon BUT to clarify that statement, I DO enjoy certain things that occupy my mind while "sneaking" in some exercise. For example, I live near The Smokey Mountains and I LOVE hiking. Why? Because I can take my camera, get some great nature photos, sweat and never realize that I was actually exercising and enjoying myself.

I was reading another blog (and I am sorry for not remembering which one so forgive me if it was yours and I don't give you credit) just now and though, "WHOA! THAT will inspire me to motivate for the next 180 days" That method of exercise is That looks like SO MUCH FUN! I see several will be near me. One is particular is in Birmingham Alabama, which is 5 hours from me but my sister could run with me as well as other family members. How much fun does that look??!!!

So I'm thinking... why not register for one and motivate myself to be able to have fun and lose weight without realizing it's exercise? :)
