Well, this low-carb thing has been going pretty well.
Though I miss my Orville Redenbacher Smartpop(24 carbs) and last night I had a little oops. We can eat veggies all we want so I'm always looking for good ways to prepare them. I had some butter nut squash so I looked online for ways to prepare it and found a wonderful recipe with brown sugar
Big mistake as you may have guessed since brown sugar(alone!) has like 54 carbs
it was delicious, but it will be a while before I fix that again.
Well, today is a new day and I get a fresh start.
The proof will be in the pudding(low fat,of course) when I weigh on Sunday. I'm looking forward to it and dreading it at the same time. Does that make sense?
Anyway, one day at a time. Make the most of today!
