You can do it. You have been working hard to be healthier and have made some good changes. You are drinking your water, eating more vegetables and fruit. You are exercising every day for over an hour. You are doing good.
You are an optimistic person having the tendency to believe, expect or hope that things will turn out right. You know that most days you are doing the right thing and if you do some thing not so healthy you know that tomorrow is an other day and you can change. Not every thing you do off course is going to rock the boat and turn it over. You have just made a mistake or two.
You are helping yourself ever time you log on to Spark People. You read articles and learn some thing new every day. And you do not just let this information go in one ear and out the other. You use the things you learn to become a better person, stronger and healthier.
You can do this, you know you can.
