I am absolutely amazed - For the past several days, I had been having extreme knee pain, whether I was walking or not. I had just started this program again & had joined in a local group to lose weight and figured it was all over before I even got to go to the first meeting/exercise get-together. I was determined to try to lose the weight/inches since my first weigh-in on Monday, so I just got up and laid down in the floor and did my superman, pendulum, reverse ab crunches, bridges, lying abductions & adductions, and a few more floor exercises yesterday. I was dreading trying to get up off the floor. BOY WAS I AMAZED WHEN I GOT UP AND STARTED WALKING THROUGH THE HOUSE - I HAVE NOOOOOOO KNEE PAIN? Could it have only been a ligament out of place? Is it possible to do exercises and FIX things like that? YEESSSSSSS! Thank you Spark People for all of your wonderful exercises and advice. I LOVE YOU! My knee is STILL pain-free today, too.
