ok so it is a new year and i am making a promise to myself that i am going to stay on track for good now. No breaks or quitting. I have gained 30 lbs since my spinal fusion in 2010 and it is time to get rid of that weight. I have been tracking and eating right all week and now i need to start working out and burning this fat. So no
straying or binge eating at night. No excuses!!! Get off your fat butt and do this!
