seriously, here i am again, as always- starting over. made it through my first week unscathed, with very little cravings. lost 3 pounds. had my (ummm) monthly during this first week. made it a little hard as far as wanting cookies and candy..., yeesh. i think now that i got through that though it should be easier to stay on track. going to the gym at the college is very helpful, i hope to motivate myself to go more and more each week. i want to succeed. i need to for health's sake. my goal is about 48 to 55 pounds from here, so i had better really just commit.

    thank you all for the encouragement! it is such a good feeling to know that there is this community of people helping to lift each other up. i have to continually motivate myself through each day... i like to get on here and do the same for others too! i am my worst enemy - but i am feeling stronger this time around! thanks for all the love... i hope you are all feeling strong and healthy and happy today.

    I've been back and forth on Spark since 2005 so we're in the same boat. I, too, had the monthly visitor last week. Here's to success ---- one day at a time! emoticon

Don't feel alone I want to lose about 65-70 pounds. Boy, when you see that number it's like omg! how did I get to this point. My goal is to lose 2-3 pounds weekly and hopefully that number will reduce. During the week I do a Zunba class and an exercise program 1-2 times a week at home. Wish me luck! Hopefully, over the weeks our numbers will definitly reduce.
