seriously, here i am again, as always- starting over. made it through my first week unscathed, with very little cravings. lost 3 pounds. had my (ummm) monthly during this first week. made it a little hard as far as wanting cookies and candy..., yeesh. i think now that i got through that though it should be easier to stay on track. going to the gym at the college is very helpful, i hope to motivate myself to go more and more each week. i want to succeed. i need to for health's sake. my goal is about 48 to 55 pounds from here, so i had better really just commit.
