Back at it?

So today I did my first workout in a week since being sick with Influenza. It wasn't pretty, but know what, it is DONE!! Tomorrow will be a little easier because TODAY I started. You always have to start somewhere and today I did that. I did CLE Push 1 and the treadmill. I went pretty slow on the treadmill and only did 20 minutes. I don't want to push too much too fast and have a set back. I still have a pretty good cough and chest congestion. Tomorrow though, I will go a little faster for a little longer until I build back up.
One of my goals for 2013 is to do another 5K, so I am getting back into my training with that, once I am back 100% health-wise. Right now I am just trying to keep moving!
