I put my bike on a trainer and I'm really getting into biking. My goal is to bike four times a week for sixty minutes and two days of strength training. My workout partner just moved back home and I'm excited to do the fun exercising too. We love to snow shoe, skate ski, downhill ski and jog. I'm excited, but I struggle to focus less on my weight and more on a lifestyle change. I just feel like I don't have the patience.
