1/10/13 finding time and diets woes

So today started off good I had my maple and brown sugar oatmeal (earlier this week in Costco I got a 52 packet quaker oatmeal variety pack) oatmeal is better then cereal right now since im sick and milk wouldn't be good and I CAN NOT DO DRY CEREAL LIKE MY HUSBAND ICK. Well I passed on my love today Coffee and I stuck with water figred I should try that and I saw a picture on my cousins fb wall about the benefits of water first thing in the morning.Well on went the day and snack time came and I was busy with lil miss so the chobani pinapple greek yougurt I got out had to go back because I had to feed the baby.By the time the baby was almost done her bottle I was ready to eat my fingers ( figure of speech not literally) so by that time it was close enough to lunch and I wanted whatever I could get my hands on. So I had leftover lil piece of artichoke and spinach stuffed chicken birds eye pasta and vegetables and that pineapple chobani some cubes of sharp chedder and 1 piece of poppy cock the carmel cashew kind and I felt so bad about eating so much and the piece of poppycock but I felt so hungry I couldn't control myself.A little while later the baby and I did our daily loop around the trail with her in her ergo baby carrier.It was windy I was huffing and puffing and my nose was a faucet but I knew if I didn't do it I would feel even worse about myself.I hope I can really get the hang of it and get back on the bandwagon soon.
