Back in Action

Before the holidays I had lost 10 lbs. and was thrilled and getting back to looking and feeling great! Boy, oh boy, did the holidays change things for me! I didn't login to SparkPeople, didn't pay attention to what I was eating or drinking, didn't exercise...the result...I gained 7 of the 10 pounds I lost back : (

Doesn't feel so good gaining back what I worked hard to lose. But, now I realize it's not about just working hard to lose it...but staying disciplined and committed to yourself enough to keep it off. The bad thing is I did gain some of the weight back (due to my slipping back into my old habits). The good thing is, I know if I lost it once, I can lose it again. This time Iím going to not just work on losing it but, also maintaining it...despite the holidays rolling around, LOL!

It's a new year and Iím going to do new things to achieve not only my weight goals. But, other goals in my life. I will not only lose the weight I gained back...but I am going to lose all the weight I have set out to lose! I am believing and receiving that right now! PUSH (Pray, Until, Something, Happens) and push harder...even when I donít want too. I know things you work hard for are worth having and good health and feeling good about myself is worth having! Here's to 2013!!!! Accomplishing not only your health and weight-loss goals...but making any dreams you have come true!
