Well, week one went fairly good. I wanted to excersize 5 days and I only got in 4 days. I need to work on scheduling a little better. I forgot our bowling league started back up so I didn't get to excersize that night. I'm not sure if bowling counts as excersize or not?
I did great with the Food & Fitness tracker. 1st week weigh in and I was down 5.3 pounds!
I'm trying not to focus on the numbers but more on my diet and excersize.....the rest should follow. Hopefully.....
