The last few days have gone pretty well. Still working on consistency in my fitness, still building slowly by trying to increase my walking to at least 10k steps. Haven't reached it yet, but I will!
Had my maintenance massage on Monday which was awesome - she was able to really loosen up my tight muscles and get rid of the stress I was holding onto. She was even able to help with the severe pain I've had in my heels for the last few months - that is HUGE for my getting back to regular workouts!
Food and calories are still on track, no concerns there at the moment.
I see the new Endocrinologist next Tuesday so I'm looking forward to seeing where he can take me on my hypothyroidism journey!
I guess that's about it for now - I want to be more consistent with my blogging, so I'd better get back to it!
