Catching up on Dr. Oz

Thursday, January 10, 2013

My walking buddies are under the weather today and it's rainy outside, so I thought I'd catch up on some of the Dr. Oz shows that I have taped. The January 3rd one was great........the topic was 13 miracles for 2013. I took notes and will be purchasing some of the items that were talked about. I also think I"ll try the 9-minute workout (Chris Powel's).

Now I'm off to work on organizing stuff for taxes..........it takes way too long and I hate to do it so I thought I'd start today.

Have a great day.............I hope that some sunshine comes your way.

I watched that show on rerun today. I am interested in the red palm oil. Also Chris Powell's Miracle Food plan.

    What might you get?

No sunshine here to day either. I too hate putting the tax stuff together but I will wait for a brighter day. I think I will just plan to put Dr. Oz on today and see what he is up to. Enjoy your change of pace day.

Well no Sunshine emoticon today, but wait until tomorrow. I enjoy watching the Dr. Oz show too. Great information for all of us. Thanks for the goodie, wish we could get some more snow, but the rain is much needed too. You have a productive day on those taxes.
