I am back down to 217.8 today. Almost back to where I was before all the stress hit. I feel like I am back on track today but a little sad. I think we are going to have to put our dog of 15 years down. She has arthritis and is having trouble getting up off the floor. She is also losing her bladder in her sleep and in her struggles to get up off the floor. We feel like we are being selfish in keeping her around so we are going to ease her suffering. So I am sad. I will NOT eat more today tho. We got to get out and walk yesterday. Going to try again this afternoon. Found a really good app for my phone called runkeeper.com Is good in that it marks your milage, time, etc. Tells your average speed. Good for walking or running. You can also track your other work outs as well. We did 1.22 miles in 22.30 minutes. There were also a couple of little hills too. Well I am off to figure out what to do. Have a blessed day.
