I'm on a campaign to do both, so I signed up. The first exercise is to answer these 3 questions. So I thought I'd share them in my blog today.
Ask yourself these three questions, and listen closely to the answers.
1) What makes you happy?
I am happy to be home. Safe and warm. I know I am loved. Quality time with hubby.
Knowing my wonderful hubby is happy. He has a good job that provides for our needs until we can both retire.
We're making plans. (new Spyder, lots of rides, yard work, home improvements).
We're accomplishing things (organizing, painting).
2) What are you passionate about?
Making the most of each day.
Protecting our home life by keeping the stressors (family) as far away as possible.
3) How can you bring more of that into your life?
Doing frequent self-checks to my stress and fatigue levels.
Keeping communication free flowing between me and hubby.
Each of us have HOT buttons from past lives that are being identified
and dealt with in a healthy way so we don't contaminate our NEW lives with our past.
