Not resolutions...but changes

I do not use the term New Year's resolutions...since they almost always end... Instead, I made some lifestyle changes around the first of the year...They actually started after the first... I decided to limit my FB time to one session in the morning. In the past, I would often check it many times through out the day. It became almost automatic... The things that I could have been doing in that time... Now, I find that I wake up ,log on and find that I have quite a few notifications...Once I go through them all and check my timeline...I am done! Now, I have committed to spend more time on SP to help others... That is why I am doing daily blogs... emoticon
Another change that I have made is to totally quit drinking Diet soda...Months ago, I stopped drinking it at home...reserving it for outside the house...Now, I have stopped that too. It is truly poison that has NO NUTRITIONAL value! Plus, the money saved could fund my running adventures. What are your plans for the next year?

    I'm so inspired by your story! I have osteo-porosis. My doctor told me that diet soda will literally deteriorate your bones! So huge KUDOS to you for kicking that stuff to the curb! Staying strong together.

    I log into Spark when I go on in the morning after checking my email and reading my devotional. I stay on for a short time while I have something to say or respond to but then I log off so I can go out to get my exercise. Some times I pop back in if I have something I want to write....

Like your idea about giving up soda....I don't have an issue with is my big issue. I drink way too much and it doesn't hydrate so why did I ever start drinking it? Guess I wanted to appear grown up at my first job. LOL

This year my focus is on walking every day even if it rains or excuses not to move!
