Not resolutions...but changes

I do not use the term New Year's resolutions...since they almost always end... Instead, I made some lifestyle changes around the first of the year...They actually started after the first... I decided to limit my FB time to one session in the morning. In the past, I would often check it many times through out the day. It became almost automatic... The things that I could have been doing in that time... Now, I find that I wake up ,log on and find that I have quite a few notifications...Once I go through them all and check my timeline...I am done! Now, I have committed to spend more time on SP to help others... That is why I am doing daily blogs...
Another change that I have made is to totally quit drinking Diet soda...Months ago, I stopped drinking it at home...reserving it for outside the house...Now, I have stopped that too. It is truly poison that has NO NUTRITIONAL value! Plus, the money saved could fund my running adventures. What are your plans for the next year?
