I have gotten my mojo back! WI this morning and I lost another 2.6 lbs.
This past week I have been focusing on measuring and tracking anything that I eat or drink. I also started changing up my workouts. After I made it to my first goal I started running for 60 mins 3 x's a week. Now that I'm back in loss mode I am running 35 to 60 mins and then 28 to 33 mins on the elliptical followed by weight training. I also have started working out on my Wii and I will stay I love my Wii active more workouts game. My actions are rewarding me in a way that I love! I still have about 10 lbs more to lose so for now I'm headed in the right direction.
Goals for this week:
-Remember to ask myself is it worth the points (really worth the points)
-Continue changing up my workouts and know that Spring is right around the corner
-Don't forget about weight training
**These goals that I'm setting are just some reminders to help me stay on my course**
No resolutions for me and this is why:
I didn't set any resolutions just because I want to continue to strive to be a better me and making resolutions seems to get in my way. I want to make my goals as I feel the need to to challenge me throughout the year instead of at the beginning of the year.
Anything is possible if you try it!
