I'm a little behind these days with my exercise routine, dealing with a neck and shoulder issue. But I'm happy for a brand new year and new commitments. Doing PT for the neck and shoulder, and joined the January fitness challenge for a boost. I didn't fare so well on vacation over the holidays with my sodium intake/tracking and now I'm suffering for it, but trying to get back on track. New year, new beginnings right? I'm determined to get healthy this year, making a commitment to regular exercise and eating well for my condition.
