Today is actually day 9 so I won't have a ton of updates for other than I am officially down 13.6 lbs, 2.25 inches off my waist, 1.5 inches off my hips and I am feeling really good and really motivated.
Day 8 went well I was on the road and really busy but stuck to my nutrition plan. We had a get together that we went to and I told the host not to be offended I was following a specific diet and I would bring my dinner. It worked out well and I didn't snack on anything either I stuck to my plan!
Day 7 was the last day of phase one it was mostly uneventful just followed the plan.
I have been getting my steps in each day minimum 10000, goal of 15000 and thanks to TCANNO I have new workout shoes well at least as a spark goodie. Thanks to all that keep me inspired on here as well the community is why I have kept sparking for 6 years!
