Just another day

Thursday, January 10, 2013

I think I know why some people are uncomfortable when a friend or family member makes changes in his/her life to become more healthy. Those people are uncomfortable because they feel as if they are being left behind. They see positive things happening to someone else, and they are jealous because they don't see similar positive things happening to them.

While I don't want to make others uncomfortable, I cannot allow other people's discomfort to be my problem.

So true! Just keep doing what you're doing and ignore bad vibes! You're getting healthy for you, and their opinions don't matter!

Way to go! Don't let others get you down....just hang on and remember your continued success may be something they might be jealous of now but can be something that motivates them in the future. You might end up being just the thing they needed to get healthy themselves. Don't give up!
