Since I started this Reporting Blog I have been able to control my emotional eating and is helping me to get back on track.
I did not realized the Holidays and the moving had taking such a big impact in my emotions but once I started to get back to normal I realized I was much worse than I ever figured...here I was thinking I had this new life style figure out but only to realized that any thing can take you off the tracks and my train for sure derailed.
Since I have to be honest and tell everyone the bad things I have done the day before it has made it easier to stay true to myself.
I'm extremely proud of my self for being good yesterday.
I stayed 98 calories below my high number.
I ate all my fruit and veggies and I almost drink my 8 cups of water (7).
This was an big improvement from last week that I was out of control.
Thank you all for your help and little things that are said that triggers your mind back.
