Hey!! Today is a new day and I'm ready to take charge!
I've been doing really well with my eating this week. I've been doing as much as activity as I can and that feels nice.
My coworker who drives me crazy is still driving me crazy but I'm finding ways to manage that better (or least I'm trying).
Breakfast (pumpkin waffles) - homemade
Snack - greek yogurt
Lunch - tofu stir fry (extra veggies and only 1/2 serving of brown rice)
Snack - celery and 1 tbsp light buffalo ranch dressing for dipping
Dinner - homemade chicken tacos with avocado
Dessert - two peppermint hershey kisses
