I did NOT want to exercise yesterday and didn't plan on it. But, as the day progressed it was a little voice in the back of my head that just kept getting louder, Louder and LOUDER! Being rather new to exercise I'm trying to find that balance between doing so much I'm sore constantly and burning out to trying to reach a goal of a minimum of 30-60 minutes a day, 6 days a week. I have not found it yet but I'm working on it! Yesterday I did not want to exercise but I told myself I'd just dress out and start slow/simple.....if I still felt to sore and had no energy I'd stop after 10 minutes. That didn't happen. I got through Day 1 and Day 2's video's in the 28 day Boot Camp Challenge and then felt so energized that I went on and did 30 minutes of Walking away the pounds....so, I guess I talked myself "into" it yesterday! As the photo says, the only bad exercise session is the one you DON'T do! Go for it!
