to explain the 5 pound loss this week.
1. My starting weight from last week was taken 3 days before TOM
2. In the past week, I've only had 1 glass of wine. Amazing how quickly the booze bloat disappears
3. I've been really watching what I'm eating. Since I'm sick, I just don't have the energy to exercise...so trying to make good food decisions.
In other news, I'm still sick. What I thought was a cold may actually be the flu. *sigh* Really? Thanks.
