Good Morning... well I have my routine now. The clinic went very well. I have a chart to keep track of my workouts. She said I need to weight lift 2-3 days a week as well as 4 days of cardio. Now, this weekend I will be scheduling my workouts.
I do know that I am going on Saturday to WATER ZUMBA!
My friend, that I brought to the gym last Friday, is going with me on Monday.
I think she might actually join my gym so we can do it together often.
Well I was up some of the night with my baby. He is sick. I am taking him to the doctor's this afternoon. I am just waiting for my boss to show up to get approval to leave early.
I am really happy I planned for two days of rest. My muscles need it and I don't want to get burnt out. I am happy with my progress so far!
Update: My sister has a doctor's appointment and an ultrasound today.
