I am planning my meals for today I eating oatmeal for breakfast for lunch I have not
decided what I want for supper maybe chicken.

    I plan ALL my meals out for the whole week and cook it all on Sunday and portion it all out to the serving size, that way my body gets used to the same macro take all the time and keeps the metabolism going!!!

    maybe planning ahead is what I need to do. I do sometimes but not other. What did you end up with for dinner? I ended up with a cup of soup, a sandwich and a few french fries. about to enjoy a cup of rose tea before bed. emoticon
