I committed to Fitness magazine's January challenge, and...it's going really well! I'm thrilled that I have managed to
1. Stay within calories with only one binge so far.
2. Get all my workouts in -- even when I am SO EXHAUSTED that I can't imagine getting off the couch
3. Lose two pounds already! Four more to go.
Now, four pounds in three weeks is going to be quite a feat. That means I really need to focus on the eating, which can be my downfall. I tend to "treat" myself far more often than necessary (translate: several times a day) and this will need to stop.
Tonight: 30 minute intervals on the treadmill. Woo hoo!
