Lost weight over the holidays

Happy new year to you all

I am thrilled to start this year with my new body. So thrilled.
I enjoyed the holidays to the max. My family was beautifully receptive of my physical transformation. I was still extremely careful about my nutrition whilst enjoying every moment.
We hiked a lot and moved house so I got to do some heavy lifting. On top of relaxing under the sun at the beach.

My first day back at the gym was not the best. I lost some muscle mass and my energy was low. I know this was due to the mangoes, pineapples and lytchees overdose I had over the holidays. I should have added more lean meat into my diet.

I lost 3 kg over the holidays (15 days). I feel a little tired. So I am trying to increase my calories and get some energy and good nutrients in my body. I really want more energy now. SO PROTEIN HERE I COME. Always let me know if anyone can suggest anything.
