Lost weight over the holidays

Thursday, January 10, 2013

Happy new year to you all

I am thrilled to start this year with my new body. So thrilled.
I enjoyed the holidays to the max. My family was beautifully receptive of my physical transformation. I was still extremely careful about my nutrition whilst enjoying every moment.
We hiked a lot and moved house so I got to do some heavy lifting. On top of relaxing under the sun at the beach.

My first day back at the gym was not the best. I lost some muscle mass and my energy was low. I know this was due to the mangoes, pineapples and lytchees overdose I had over the holidays. I should have added more lean meat into my diet.

I lost 3 kg over the holidays (15 days). I feel a little tired. So I am trying to increase my calories and get some energy and good nutrients in my body. I really want more energy now. SO PROTEIN HERE I COME. Always let me know if anyone can suggest anything.

I hope you all had a great Christmas and new years celebration.

Thank you all for your great support.
Through my stories I encouraged many of my family members who are also struggling with their weight and body image.
Without you guys I could not do it.
Many many love and thanks

You're doing right. Today energy usually doesn't come from the foods we eat today, but better reflects the food we ate 1-2 days before. Baby step yourself to where you need to be...and emoticon on your progress.
