Day 4 Rushfit

So I started Rush fit 4 days ago and haven't missed a work out yet. Things are going good; I have already noticed an increase in energy and metabolism. Only problem with that is controlling hunger. I have been able to follow my nutrition plan but am having difficulty with after dinner hunger. I do love the Rush fit work outs. They are intense and motivating.
