Weigh In Results and A Different Breakfast!

Today, I did my first official WI. It should have been yesterday actually and I would rather go back to Wednesdays so I will next week. But this week I lost 4lbs! emoticon First week is always water weight and basic detox from the crap coming out of your system. I will take it! I haven't measured myself though which in the past I will end up losing like .2lbs but lose some inches so I need to do that soon. Probably tomorrow.

I don't want to shock everyone but I actually had a DIFFERENT breakfast, lol. Okay, so it's not THAT different but it is different for me. I didn't eat the yogurt as I was full by the time I finished the sandwich halves.

Breakfast:



Egg whites- 1
Ham- 1
Cheese- 2
Sand Skinny- 1
Light Juice- 0
Tea- 0
Ketchup- 0

I hope today will be a good day. I am working 2-close today (blah, I HATE closing) but it usually means that I am busting butt at work. Hope everyone has a good day! emoticon
