logging on is key

Well i haven't been on for a while-i think due to Christmas and that, then just haven't been back on.
I tried to start the new year well, being healthy, exercising and did ok for a couple of days and then just gave up. I think the reason was that i was doing it alone and i find that i really need to log on everyday and chat to people or just record how i have done to keep myself accountable otherwise i feel that there is no point and i just give up.
So i am getting back on it and i will be logging on and hope to find some friends on here to help keep me accountable and make this the year that i find time to put into myself and loose some of this excess weight.
