So, after I went to bed last night, I was so super hungry. I don't know if it was because I was well below what I was suppose to eat or not, but I was gut wrenching hungry. So, I decided to have a 3rd snack that kept me under my radar still. 1 1/2 pineapple slices and gulp, a 1/2 cup of diet dr. pepper. It filled me enough to let me fall asleep. I am going to have to make a conscience effort to eat more at dinner time and less during the day. I will try that out today.
For breakfast, instead of 1 cup of milk, I had 1/2 cup...and instead of 12 fresh strawberries, I had 4. I like my fruit in my cereal so this breakfast worked out best for me so far. And since I have been fairly sugar free for 4 days, the 1 1/2 tsp of splenda was too much sugar for me. YAY! I will tell you, I can not wait to have my whole wheat english muffin, with 2 egg whites. That sounds amazing!
My goal today is to get in 1/2 hour of Just Dance in for my exercise. We will seee how it goes!
