Every time you faithfully record your nutritional and water intake, every time you resist the urge to overeat, every time you make yourself do physical activity when you don't want to, you're successful - even if the scale isn't moving and you're not losing inches.

  It's soooooooo hard to let the photos from the past that stay in my head go away. I know how much better I looked and felt just a few years ago. But now is now and I need to stay positive for the progress I'm making now. emoticon
