Part of really using Spark People is to set new goals. It is that time a year anyway, but I want these to mean more. So they will be small and doable by the end of the month.
#1) Increased water. I have fallen off the bandwagon on this one and I know it is important to my training and my health. I am going to try for 100 ounces every day.
#2) Morning exercise. This hasn't ever been some thing I am good at but I am starting. I can and will get up every morning and do the January Challenge video.
I have every intention of adding to these goals or changing them slightly in February, but I will do that when the time comes.
