I hope the week has been going well for all of you! Hasn't been to stressful this first week back to school. No real homework yet. This week in the online MGMT class were are supposed to get started by looking thru the site, purchasing our simulations, reading the syllabus. Monday opens the first unit. I really like my spanish teacher so far. He is very nice and makes the class fun so far :) We are just reviewing the things we learned in span 1 before we move on to spanish 2 concepts. I think he will begin that next week.
My knee and RLS has been acting up so I started taking my muscle relaxers again and boy do they make me tired! I did not want to wake up this morning. No class for me today so I think I may come home from dropping Evie off, call Dell for them to fix my printer once again, and then take a nap.
Curves appt went great. My first workout will be on Friday :) Can't wait. . I signed up for the circuit training for $34 per month since I already am a member of sparkpeople and have basically all the same tools there as in the complete program. I am going to go MWF after I drop the kids off from 9:15 til 9:45 then I will have enough time to run home, shower and get to class at 11. I really liked it. Total body workout in 30 min can't beat it. Circuit training is the best way to go to for losing body fat. My goal is still to get to 120 and lose at least 16 inches.
Then on TTHSa I will do some cardio off my goals/programs list.
