Well today is Thursday and mid week for my job. This will be my last day shift today. Tomorrow I'll start the night shift and end on Monday morning.
So are I've gotten in 16 treadmill miles and managed to hit the pool on Monday for 75 minutes. Tomorrow morning I'll be instructing also at the pool so my total water time will be 2.5 hours for the week.
I'm on track exercise wise.
And on track in the food department.
D.H. made it back from Ice Fishing. He had fun dunkin' a minnow and catching walleye's.
I found a nice recipe that I want to try this week. It has kale and brown rice in it.

At some point today I'll type it into the recipe section of SP and check out the calorie count. It looks pretty healthy and would be a nice change for mid winter.

P.s. I tried the recipe and it is very very good. A keeper and the portion is huge.
