Pick myself up, dust myself off, get focused again.

Mood has changed and I am not doing as well as last week. Work has increased and I am having difficulty coordinating exercise and what I need to do. I think part of it was that I had really worked out hard last week and my weight was up and I felt discouraged.

    Dont give up! If you stick with healthy eating and exercise you will see results eventually. Dont forget to look for nonscale victories too. Pay attention to whether you are getting fitter, exercise is getting easier, losing inches, clothes fitting better etc. Never give up! emoticon emoticon

    Patricia, don't give up, you may be retaining water from all the exercise, in which case you need to drink more. Keep pushing, even if you're not seeing the number on the scale know you're doing your body good!

    Sometimes it takes the body a bit to adjust to knew expectations. Hang in there. You'll see results soon. emoticon emoticon

    It's not a perfect balancing act - sometimes, despite eating well, working hard, etc, we still don't lose or might gain a bit. emoticon
