So since moving in the beginning of December, a lot has changed and so much has been out of my control it's been driving me crazy. So I have decided to get more serious about my health, as at least what I eat and the exercise I do I can control.
I have been going to the gym at least 3 days a week, but I would like to go up to 5 days a week. I feel so much better when I get done at the gym, except for the spasm I have in my chin when I get done, but I can't do anything about that, so trying not to worry about it until I can.
I have not been the best about eating, but I have started cooking at home more now that I have more things unpacked.
So my start date for sure will be Monday. I am thinking of following the meal plans they have on here at least for 2 of the 3(4) meals they have, and hopefully that will help.
I am also deciding that I am going to at least do my at home walking dvd everyday, no matter what. On top of that, I would like to try to go to the gym at least 4 days a week. I think this is all doable and it should make me feel better and hopefully help me pull myself out of the doom and gloom mood I have been in.
I am going to stop focusing so much on what I can't control, and try to only focus on what I can. That way, hopefully I won't be so exhausted and overwhelmed all the time.
