SIMPLE CICO WEEKLONG CHALLENGE
This challenge is simple! Set a goal for fitness minutes and calorie/point intake, AND reach that goal! How? How many calories or points are you supposed to eat in a day? Multiply that number by seven. Is this the number you want to aim for? Then, mark it down and do not deviate!!! USE your team to lean on as much as you need to! You CAN do this!!!!
