I am re-stating my weight loss journey. I am going back to the gym and eating much better. I am controlling my eating and making sure I have snacks and keep eating a little bit through out the day. I am returning to the gym and even got a friend to sign up with me as a work out buddy. I'm very proud of myself though cuz I am able and confident enough to go by myself (I did for almost a year before she joined me). I'm excited and positive.
