Look at those numbers! I'm so pleased with myself this week -- one day of my goal range calorie wise, the rest reigned in pretty well.
Now, the other factors - fat, protein, carbs -- I'm still working on that, but today was awesome! I'm not even feeling hungry. Did I turn a corner in the nutrition world? No more desire to eat all day? We'll see. For now, I'm just incredibly stoked about my progress.
Did I tell you i went for a full hour and 5 minutes on the elliptical yesterday? I'm hitting it again tomorrow night, plan to maintain the hour. Wish me luck!
Also .... I did some strength training on my lunch break. One thing: Tricep dips are HARD!
I did the SP upper body strength move called the boxer and I did wall push ups. Felt invigorated, took no time at all, burned a few calories, and got some extra activity in on day I knew I wouldn't be making it to the gym. I'll try to tackle more dips tomorrow. I mean, they're serious business.
