    Yay for portioning out your snack- sometimes its better to cave and have alittle something that's you've been craving then try to ignore it, because sometimes when u do ignore and you are faced with it, u will go over board.

    What you just said here is exactly what I've been doing for over 9 months, and have lost 60 pounds as a result. Eating what you want, but accounting for the calories. I make burgers and fries at home now with frozen hamburger pattys and frozen fries and I can eat more with less calories than fast food. I love the way you are doing this because you don't want to feel deprived, you want to be able to eat what you want and still lose weight, that's a great way to do this! :D emoticon

    Great job! Everything in moderation works well for me too. I still allow myself my favorite foods but in smaller measured portions.
