Christmas has been and gone but not the extra pounds! My husband was home for 3 weeks and we had in additional food, not specifically for Christmas, but just because of a man about the house :) But added calories have an added legacy so even though I had got to my Christmas target, I'm now around 2kg above it. So, I need to get back into routine and eat/track/exercise as I was before. After all I only have until May to get my bikini body in shape :)
