TONIGHT there is too much in my head to blog.

Wednesday, January 09, 2013

Suddenly when I have everything planned and have driven the route in Portland again. I came here to BLOG and instead I just sat and cried.
Best thing for me to do is make a cup of tea and find something to eat with it.
I very rarely do such a thing but my stomach is just begging for food.
I just want to go to bed with DH and sleep.

HUGS Goodnight, thanks for such an outpouring of support, maybe that is my problem I have so many lovely people to thank but there are just not enough hours in the days.

Thanks ((HUGS)) emoticon emoticon Spark Friends, Pat in Maine.

Sometimes a good cry is needed! We might not be able to physically be there to help you but you have so many supporters, most of us just enjoy reading your post and wanting to encourage you that we don't need anything in return! Take care my friend!

I hope tomorrow is better. Rest always makes everything seem different, sometimes even better. At least we're better able to deal with the next thing.

If it's the government, the insurance company, the traffic, go hibernate because it's a pretty good bet they won't improve.

But if it's fatigue, have your tea, toast, and a bowl of canned peaches and go to bed, and schedule a nap tomorrow. Is it time to call in the troops (get some help for the both of you while you have this cold or flu or whatever?

Medicare probably has some high cost overrun for dealing with getting you home help, too.

Hard doing this all on your own and so much unknown. Hard getting old. So not fair. Cry and cry some more. It will all pass. It will all be OK. You'll both be OK. Get some sleep.

I'm seeing it over and over again, and Pat I experienced the love and support through Erik's accident. We all understand the huge stress you are under right now. Going to bed with DH and getting some much needed rest is the best thing you can do for you & for him. So wishing you sweet dreams.
Know you are both in my daily prayers.

Pat - most important thing is to take care of yourself! As most everyone else has said, we're happy just to read your blog and get the information. We all understand that you don't have the time to respond to us all individually right now - so get some rest - keep your stomach happy and keep relaxing with cups of tea!

Pat, you'll get through this, the stress is temporary. I believe all your friends are happy to give you support and we know you're grateful, so you can thank us just by taking care of yourself, because that's what we all want most.
Thank you for the gnome that looks like Fred. My year is going well. I blogged a lot on Sunday, so I won't repeat here, and you know I don't blog very often, so it'll be there whenever you're ready, but like I said, take care of yourself first and foremost!

I know how hard you are working to coordinate everything for your hubby's surgery plus keep up with your already jam-packed schedule. You need to rest as much as you can now and find time to take care of yourself so you can take care of hubby. Don't worry about thanking me. It is totally unnecessary. I know your heart.

Pat, strong women cry. It releases the unneeded stresses, to make room for a cleansing, and deep refreshing breath. You are changing directions in Fred's treatment. No longer do you need the stress of waiting for a date, and uncertainty if he was able to have it. Tears washed that away. The cry made room for the next phase. After you cried, you took a huge breath. Maybe two. Now you are ready to move forward. You needed to cry. You needed quiet time with a cup of tea. You need a good night's sleep. I hope you got that last night.

    Hugs,
    Rel

By having a good cry, a lot of the
    emotions you have been storing
Inside finally came to a head. It's
A good thing- no need to apologise
to us. Vent anytime and we will listen emoticon

Let it all out. It doesn't help to hold it in. Don't worry about thanking people separately. I'm sure everyone understands. If you feel the need just do it as a whole on your status plus you always include it on your blogs. I hope things change for the better soon. Hang in there.

Pat, you and DH have a special place in my heart and prayers. God will be your comforter and see you both through your trials and bring you through.

The spirit of the Lord God--has sent me to bring good news--to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor. Isaiah 61:1-2.

2013 will be a great year for all and our trials will be overcome when we lean on God.

    Blessings to you and DH.
