I cannot believe a week has gone by since I started this journey. I have learned a lot in the past week about myself, and about what I can do. Such a difference from the filling of helplessness before I even began. I know I have a long way to go, but if I can continue to learn more about "how to" make sure I eat healthy and exercise, and ways to prepare food that my whole family can enjoy with me, I know I can do it. As I have moved around this site in different areas I have realized there is a wealth of information on it. I also have discovered even on the internet are more ideas for food preparation, cutting calories out of some of the food by changing some of the ingredients in a recipe, and even in just how it is prepared! My next area to find out more about is How to get to sleep and get more sleep at night!!!!
