Breakfast - yogurt, granola bar, apple (300)
Lunch - cottage cheese, veggies, orange, chocolate peanut cluster (400)
Snack - egg (70)
Snack - crackers, cream cheese, pesto, cocktail (200)
Dinner - chips, meatball sandwich (600)
I am dissapointed in myself for not waking up early for my morning yoga routine. I was hoping my boyfriend would have motivated me like I do him, but he too wanted to sleep this cold rainy morning. When I got home I decided not to go on a run because 1 it was hailing and 2 my boy made a huge mess working on a project and we had to clean. I am really tiered and I guess my body just needs a rest, but I don't want to slow down when I have been doing so well. Anyways, tomorrow is another day to do everything right. I plan on getting to do my yoga again and hopefully it will be nice enough for my daily lunch walks and afternoon jog (but the weather report is not to promising) If I can't I will plan on doing my Tae Bo workout video after work. :)
